1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return only for prepaid orders under the following conditions:

• The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• A return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

🔴 Important:
COD (Cash on Delivery) orders are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• All COD orders
• Used, opened, or tampered products
• Products bought during special sales or discounts (unless damaged/defective)
• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery

3. Return Process (For Prepaid Orders Only)

• Reason for return

Our team will review your request and reply within 24–48 hours.

4. Refund Process (For Prepaid Orders Only)

Once your return request is approved and the product passes inspection:

• Refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the delivered product was damaged or incorrect.

🔴 Note:
COD orders are not eligible for refund.

5. Order Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled before shipment.
• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
• COD orders cannot be cancelled after dispatch.

6. Replacement Policy

For prepaid orders only, we can provide a replacement if the delivered product is damaged or incorrect. Replacement depends on product availability.
