1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
Delivery timelines may vary based on your location:
Metro Cities: 3–5 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 4–7 business days
Remote Areas / Villages: 6–10 business days
Note: Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.
Free shipping may be offered during special promotions or on specific order values.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
A tracking ID, and
A courier tracking link via SMS or email.
You can track your shipment until it reaches your doorstep.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at the moment.
6. Wrong Address / Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping details are correct. Orders may get delayed or returned to us if:
The address is incorrect or incomplete
Customer is unavailable during delivery
Phone number is unreachable
If the order returns due to address issues, reshipping charges may apply.
7. Damaged / Missing Products During Delivery
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
Provide photos/videos for verification
We will assist you with a replacement (as per Return & Refund Policy)
8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Shipping
COD orders must be paid in cash at the time of delivery.
Customers must ensure availability at the address during delivery attempts.
Repeated non-acceptance of COD orders may lead to COD service restrictions.
